Dealer Installed OEM Parts: 12 Months, unlimited hours coverage for both parts and labor when installed by an authorized John Deere dealer.

Non-Dealer Installed OEM Parts: 6 Months, unlimited hours coverage after purchase.

TURF:

Dealer Installed Parts: 6 months, unlimited hours of coverage for both parts and labour when installed by an authorized John Deere dealer.

Non-Dealer Installed Parts: 6 Months, unlimited hours coverage after purchase.

Green Diamond Equipment Parts Return Policy

Individual Special Order Parts under $35 are non-returnable as per our suppliers return policy. Electrical parts are non-returnable if package is open.  All parts must be clean and in original package to be eligible for return. There is a 25% restocking fee on all returnable parts. Clearance items are non-returnable. Freight Charges are non-refundable. All return items must be accompanied by an invoice.
